Resolute
Revenue/Billing
Resolute is Epic's revenue cycle application managing overall billing. Resolute includes Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Single Billing Office (SBO).
Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) is Epic's patient accounting product for the facility fees for an organization with both hospitals and clinics.
Resolute Professional Billing (PB) is Epic's patient accounting product for the professional fees for an organization with both hospitals and clinics.
Single Billing Office (SBO) blends the functionality of both Resolute HB and Resolute PB into one consolidated billing system. In SBO, the self-pay portions of both HB and PB are combined where the guarantor is responsible for the payment.
