Scheduled Courses
Most Epic classes are offered at a standard time each month or several times per month. Many courses are available for online registration in Education Tracking. Please see the Course Catalog for course listings by role to determine which courses have this feature available. Online registration takes place within the ERMA / Ed Tracking system.
As Needed Training
There are some courses that are not requested very frequently, so they are offered as needed. The Course Catalog indicates which fall into this category, and an email address is provided to facilitate scheduling them.
Student Training
Students working in medical roles as part of their education may also need Epic training. Those classes are arranged through their program coordinator. Students that will only view data within Epic do not need to attend in-class training. They can receive the instruction needed by viewing the tutorials found on the View Only resource page.
