Resolute (Billing)

Claims is a portion of the Resolute module used to perform the basic steps of claim processing including creating claim runs, viewing claim run information, creating paper and electronic claims, and printing claim run reports. Claims can be processed automatically, through nightly batch processing, or processed manually as needed.

• Use Refresh Claim to Correct Claims and Run Rapid Retest - (Handout) Using Refresh Claim on the Claim Edit workqueue assistant resubmits claims through system processing. When the claim only has external Cirius claim edits, Refresh Claim sends the claim through Rapid Retest.
