Class length: 4 hours

Registration: Online through ERMA    Search for: Cadence for Clinicians

Roles: Clinical staff who check in/out and schedule patient appointments (nurses, MAs, lab techs).

Content: Check-in and Check-out processes, completing necessary registration items, changing patient demographics, completing Medicare surveys, collecting documents, Scheduling appointments (with and without Appointment Requests). If Urgent Care staff are attending, Walk-In scheduling and record creation is also covered.

Note: If clinical staff will be required to take copays, they must also complete the Cadence Cash Drawer online course. Cash Drawers will not be assigned until Cadence for Clinicians or Check In/Check Out has been completed.
