CADENCE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Class length: 4 hours

Prerequisites: None

Registration: Online through ERMA   Search for: Check

Roles: Staff who check in and/or check out patient appointments.

Content: Department Appointment Report (DAR), Check-in and Check-out processes, completing necessary registration items, updating end of day statuses, overview of the Welcome tablet and eCheck-in, completing Medicare surveys (MSPQ), collecting copays, and collecting documents. May also include balancing the cash drawer.

CADENCE CASH DRAWER - ONLINE

Class length: Varies

Prerequisites: Cadence Check In/Out or Cadence for Clinicians must be completed prior to taking this online course.

Registration: N/A

Registration Note: This is an online course for those staff who did not complete the cash drawer training during Check In/Out or Cadence for Clinicians class. To complete the training, watch the Cash Drawer Online Training presentation and complete the steps at the end.

Roles: Front line or clinical staff who check patients in/out and take copayments.

Content: Collecting copayments and balancing the cash drawer.
