Refer to the Ambulatory Nursing Registration Guide to view course requirements by role or by clinic/department.

  • Clinic Nursing classes typically occur during the first and third weeks of each month.

  • Clinic Students/Extern classes are scheduled as needed by request of NCEC and Ambulatory Care Services.

  • Attendees for all clinic nursing classes are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis by date of enrollment.

  • Enrollment for each class closes the Friday of the week before the class occurs, or earlier if all spaces are filled.

  • If there are no attendees registered by 5pm on Friday of the week before class, the session will be cancelled; we are unable to re-open the session for enrollment.

  • We strive to accommodate all enrollment requests but please note that class size is limited based on available training rooms and instructor availability.
