Stork NST Resources
  • NST LIP Documentation - (Handout) The nursing and/or resident documentation for the NST will be routed as an In Basket message to the NST folder.
  • NST Resident Documentation - (Handout) The nursing documentation for the NST is routed to either the OB Resident Pool or the Family Med Resident Pool.
  • NST Outpatient NST Nursing Documentation - (Handout) When a patient has a scheduled NST appointment the nursing documentation will be entered in the OB Assess section of the Prenatal Visit navigator.
  • NST Inpatient Nursing Documentation - (Handout) The nursing documentation will be entered on the NST Flowsheet & routed to the provider’s In Basket.
