Creating an OR Case - (Handout) A case must be created for all patients to enter the Labor and Delivery OR. If a case has not been scheduled, nurses & unit clerks can create.
Moving a LDR Case on the Snapboard - When a LDR patient with a scheduled case in the future presents for an unscheduled case, move the scheduled case to the date and time the case occurred.
Schedule and Check In from the Snapboard - (Handout) The Snapboard activity is used to schedule and check in a patient when a provider has placed an order for an L&D Nurse Only Visit.
Stork Cesarean Section to In OR Fetal Monitoring - (Handout) If it is determined that a patient in the OR does not need a Cesarean Section, change the procedure to In OR Fetal Monitoring.
