Content: Intro to Hyperspace, Chart Review, Results Review, Track Board, ED Manager, writing notes, creating/using SmartTools, placing orders, documenting procedures, disposition.

Roles: Patient Care Technicians in the Emergency Department
Content: ED Manager, ED Track Board, Vital Signs, Ongoing Care, Patient Belongings documentation, Enter/Edit Results, Introduction to Flowsheets.
Class Length: 4 hours
Prerequisites: None
Registration: Online Search for: ASAP
Roles: Emergency Department Nurses and Paramedics
Content: ED Manager, ED Track Board, Narrator and Navigator documentation, medication administration, lines/drains/airways (LDAs), placing verbal/protocol orders, Point of Care Tests, Blood Administration, and basic In Basket.
Course Length: 4 hours
Prerequisites: Patient Access 1 & 2

Roles: Patient Account Representative staff who work in the Emergency Department
Content: In Basket, scanning with Media Manager, ED Trackboard overview, ED Manager overview, arriving a new patient in the ED, arriving a patient in the ED from the ATC, arriving an anonymous patient, registering a patient, registering a minor, collecting co-pays, balancing the cash drawer, and discharging a patient.
