Manage clinic and hospital shifts with Teamwork's Staffing Board, Epic's staff scheduling application that provides a structure to build and maintain staffing areas, staff members, and shifts. Teamwork has real-time integration with other applications and workflows, such as showing who's on call, updating Cadence scheduling templates, and forecasting capacity.

Use the Room Tracker activity to book exam rooms for providers in your outpatient clinics. By tracking exam room usage and using the data to reallocate rooms that a provider won't be using, you can decrease patient waiting room time because other providers aren't waiting for an exam room to open up. You might also find that you have more exam room time available than expected, so you can schedule more providers to see patients.
