- Wound Therapy Linking to LDA Avatar - (Handout) Nurses can quickly document wound therapies and see more comprehensive progression information by letting them link therapy devices to the wound they're treating on the LDA Avatar. With this linking, clinicians can use the Wound Healing Process graph to see new indicators that help tell the story of the wound's healing rate before, during, and after using the therapy device.
- Wound Order Linking - (Handout) Linking wounds to orders allows wound care specialists to effectively track the treatment history of a patient's wound.
- Hospital Harm Pressure Injury (Handout) - Hospital Harm – Pressure Injury (HH-PI or CMS 826) is part of the CMS Inpatient Quality Reporting program and measures the number of hospitalizations where patients develop a new deep tissue pressure injury (DTPI) or stage 2, 3, 4, or unstageable pressure injury.
