• Calculating the Burn Resuscitation Formula - (Handout) Nursing staff will use the Burn Resuscitation doc flowsheet to enter the necessary information for calculating the Burn Resuscitation Formula.
• Creating a Lund Browder Burn Diagram - Ambulatory - (Handout) The NoteWriter activity is used to create a Lund Browder Burn Diagram for patients with new burn injuries on inpatient and ambulatory encounters. Note: If an ambulatory patient becomes an in-patient admission, the Lund Browder Burn Diagram should be completed on the inpatient encounter.
