Roles: Staff who will perform tasks related to patient and financial-level registration.
Content: Updating patient demographic information, creating and/or updating guarantor accounts, coverages, and hospital accounts (HAR), and working patient workqueues.

Class length: 4 hours
Prerequisites: None
Registration: Online Search for: ed par
Roles: Patient Account Representative staff who work in the Emergency Department
Content: ED Track Board overview, arriving patients in the ED, registering patients in the ED, collecting co-pays, and discharging a patient.
