Reconcile Outside Information is an Epic activity used to review information from outside sources such as MyChart and Care Everywhere. The clinician can decide whether to add the information to the patient's chart. The Reconcile Outside Information activity can be accessed from many Hyperspace locations including the Allergies activity, Medications activity, Meds and Orders section, SnapShot report, and Care Everywhere Outside Records activity.
