• Perfusion Documentation - (Handout) Perfusionists will use the Perfusion module to document medications, blood products, events, procedures, equipment, and supplies.

• Documenting Medications - (Handout) Medications administered by perfusionists to patients in the Main OR, Children's OR, and adult and pediatric cath labs will be documented in Epic.
