MyChart is an Epic application that allows patients to view their medical record and interact with their health care team. With MyChart, the patient can request an appointment, see test results, request a prescription renewal, message their health care team, and find helpful health tips and other trusted information. The MyChart website can be accessed from the UI Health Care website home page.

Information Sharing

  • Authorizing Care Everywhere - (Handout) Organizations that also provide care for your patients might require authorization before allowing you to request patient information with Care Everywhere. Point-of-care authorizations allow patients to complete the required authorization, directly from their MyChart account.
