• Add / Replace Preferred Pharmacy (and Send Orders to Multiple Pharmacies) - (Handout) Update the pharmacy (or pharmacies) that new prescriptions will be sent to both for the current encounter and to save time in future encounters.
• Discontinuing Medications - (Handout) Discontinuing medications that are no longer applicable from the Medication History section will update the patient’s current medication list and ensure that the After Visit Summary (AVS) is accurate.
