- Addressing Care Gaps in Health Maintenance - (Handout) The Care Gap Order Set allows clinicians to quickly choose from the most common health maintenance orders grouped together in an order set. Clinicians can place vaccine orders from the Smart Sets in Epic.
- Breast Cancer Screening Frequency in Health Maintenance - (Handout) Recommendations have been made to change the mammogram Health Maintenance topic from annual exam to biennial exam for females 40-74 years of age at average risk of breast cancer. Frequency can still be changed for individual patients to a custom schedule based on the result of the screening.
