Growth Chart is an Epic activity that tracks a child's growth compared to that of other children. This activity includes growth chart datasets from a variety of sources including the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO). There are growth charts for children of normal growth, premature birth, with Achondroplasia, Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, Turner Syndrome, or Down Syndrome. The following types of growth chart curves are available in Epic: head circumference, length-for-age, weight-for-length, weight-for-age, body mass index (BMI), and height velocity.
