Environmental Services is an Epic module that allows for the tracking and management of bed cleaning activities. EVS staff use the Rover mobile app to sign in/out of shifts and interact with bed clean assignments. Managers use the EVS Command Center in Epic to assign, reassign, edit, and cancel cleaning assignments, track staff movement, and monitor productivity.
