The Code Narrator is an activity used to quickly document information from a code. Narrators bring together the majority of the documentation tools needed for a given situation. The clinician is able to easily enter flowsheet documentation, acknowledge orders, document medication administrations, and view the timeline of the patient's events all from within one activity.
