Chart Review is an Epic activity where you can review reports about a patient's encounters, labs, imaging orders, procedures, medications, and more.

This linking of encounters makes reviewing, reporting, and billing for them easier. An Episode Report can be found within the Chart Review activity for encounters that are linked in this way (such as Therapy or Treatment Plans).
