Clinicians who manage patients' anticoagulation therapy perform frequent checks to monitor INR results and adjust medication dosages based on those results. In Epic, these clinicians use a Anticoagulation navigator, which allows them to document anticoagulation therapy in a single location and includes calendar-based anticoagulation tracking.
