Phoenix is Epic's Transplant application that focuses on the continuum of care from the initial evaluation to post-operative follow-ups. Support for patient surveillance, waitlist management, UNOS waitlist reconciliation and UNOS registry is included.

Roles: Nursing staffs working with patients throughout the transplant process.
Content: Creating Episodes, documenting in the Transplant activity throughout the various phases, tracking tasks via transplant checklist, use reports to track patients, and placing orders.
