Roles: UIHC staff who will perform tasks related to pre-access, admission, registration, and psychiatric patient access.
Content: Updating patient demographic information, creating guarantor accounts, coverages, and hospital accounts (HAR), and patient work queues.

Prerequisites: Patient Access 1 & 2
Registration: Online Search for: Customer Service
Roles: Revenue Cycle Coordinators, Revenue Cycle Representatives, Patient Account Representatives and Clerks
Content: Updating payors, updating guarantors, and research balance and statement inquiries.

Class length: 2 hours
Prerequisites: Collections
Registration: Online Search for: Customer Service
Roles: Revenue Cycle Coordinators, Revenue Cycle Representatives, Patient Account Representatives and Clerks
Content: Collect payments (credit card over phone, bad debt, prepayment, and applying to correct account) and set-up payment plans.
