Content: Review functionality of the Compass Rose Dashboard for Care Coordination which includes: Identify/enroll qualifying patients, create/update Compass Rose episode, conduct patient outreaches & assessments, edit tasks, manage Care Plans, & document Plans of Care.

It may take up to 72 hours after training is complete for Epic access to be updated.
