Registration: Online through ERMA   Registration Note: Managers or HR Reps must register staff for session 34090 in ERMA. (When searching for the course, be sure to clear out the date field or the course won't display.) Staff will receive an email notification that contains the link to the online training.

Content: Hyperspace Overview, Patient Station, In Basket, Chart Review, Media Manager, entering External Results, documenting patient calls, Letter Encounters, Provider Finder, clinic schedule, viewing appointments and updating demographic information.
